Artful Dogs' architecture is designed for indoor use only, and is made to order. Prices vary according to size and style, and are in U.S. dollars. Prices do not include shipping costs, 5% sales tax for Maryland residents, and insurance during shipping. Prices do not include metal crates. All architecture is shipped fully assembled, via freight carrier or UPS.

Payment in full and a signed contract are required to commission any piece of architecture. Please call or email to initiate the ordering process. We do not accept credit cards, but a check or money order is welcome. We will contact you when the order is complete, and inform you of the shipping charges. Since all architectural pieces are made to order, there are no returns. Customers who wish to cancel their order must do so within three days of their transaction. If the architecture is damaged during shipment, Artful Dogs will repair or replace it at no additional cost to the client.

Please allow 12 weeks for completion, shipping time not included. Rush orders add 15% to sales price.
